Bijou Phillips accused by Daniel Franzese of bullying
Fox411: Actor Daniel Franzese accuses actress Bijou Phillips treat him as an outcast, mocked him, after he admitted being bisexual and making fun of his weight.
“Mean Girls” actor Daniel Franzese went public with accusations of abuse and bullying against actress Bijou Phillips, who is the spouse, Danny Masterson, is facing allegations of rape of his own.
Franzese took to Facebook and wrote in a long post that the abuse happened on the set of their film “Bullying”.

“They body embarrassed me and ridiculed me about my sexuality and physically attacked me,” Franzese wrote about the fact that on the set for the film released in 2001. “I was scared and sneaky and feared for my job. It started with a lot of eye rolling when we spoke, but escalated when we had a cast shoot for the poster. As we were shooting she continued to loudly say: ‘are you gay?!’ and laugh while the producers of the photographer and did nothing to stop her.”

She told TMZ in a statement, “I was a teenager and reckless in my behavior…I know that Daniel is a trustworthy and honest person, and via social media that I’m not the friend I thought I had him made me so sad.”

She also said, “I am so hurt by this behavior and have been in contact with Daniel and apologized to him personally. I am not and never have been homophobic. I have nothing but love for the LGBTQ community and Daniel.”
Franzese also said that Phillips, whose father was musician John Phillips, she him as if he was a shirtless scene: “a very vulnerable moment for me,” he said, calling himself “the chubby boy who wore his shirt in the pool.”

On this day I’m not even sure if they gave me a concussion because I was light headed and dizzy.”
A representative for Phillips not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.
Phillips is the wife of Danny Masterson, the actor best known for his role as Steven Hyde in the popular series “That ’70s Show.” Masterson was accused of the rape of four women in the beginning of the years 2000, allegations that resurfaced last week, Fox News previously reported. Masterson has denied the allegations against him.
