The former Vice-President Joe Biden clarifies comments to defy the subpoena and says: “this indictment is not about Trump’s mine behaviour,’; Rich Edson reports.

The former Vice-President Joe Biden on Saturday sought to “clarify” his previous remarks that he did not testify to the accordance with a possible subpoena to the Senate impeachment proceedings against President Trump.

But on Saturday, he appeared partial to feet, the answer.

“I would like to clarify something I said yesterday. In my 40 years in public life, I always have a statutory mandate and, in my eight years as VP, my office — in contrast to Donald Trump and Mike Pence, which, together with legitimate congressional oversight requests,” he tweeted.
