There is still time to buy the NES Classic for Christmas, but you need to act quickly to take advantage of the Best Buy of the huge NES Classic Edition to buy. But go BestBuy.com and add the console to your shopping cart does not cut it. You actually have to go to a Best Buy more than 1,000 shops that have a Classic NES stock today, to pick a number, and wait in line.
Nintendo’s NES Classic is the hottest Christmas gift of the season. It is consistently sold, and Nintendo may not be enough to meet the demand in the US. Several retailers keep announcing new stock, but the stock is usually very limited.
As we have already said, the same goes for Best Buy. Certainly, more than 1000 Best Buy locations will get the console, that is probably the Best Buy locations, but the company didn’t say that in the original announcement — but this last-minute NES Classic is available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis.
“Just like on Black Friday, our stores have a ticketing process for customers to wait in the queue,” Best Buy said in a statement. “We will take as many tickets as we have consoles available, and we have a limit of one per customer.”
