Daniel Turner is calling Bernie Sanders a “climate change plan is a” socialist Manifesto.’

The “Green New Deal” proposed by sen Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., aims for a complete transition to the “energy efficiency” and “sustainable energy” — one of which would be owned and managed by the Federal government.

During an appearance on MSNBC on Thursday, Sanders told host Chris Hayes that the U.S. needed an “aggressive” Federal approach to the production of electricity and nodded to Hayes claimed that he proposed a “Federal takeover of the whole thing.”

Sanders agreed with Hayes’ assessment, he wanted to have a “Tennessee Valley Authority [TVA] extension for the whole country.” “You can’t nibble in the edges, more” Sanders.

SANDERS RELEASES 16 TRILLION DOLLAR ‘GREEN NEW DEAL’ TO PLAN, HE PROMISES TO PAY FOR ITSELF’

The TVA is a federally owned company that was started to offer in 1933, water conservation, power generation and a variety of other services for the Tennessee Valley high. The TVA’s service area covers parts of seven southern States: Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina and Virginia.

“Look, the TVA has done a lot of good work … What we need to do is to say an aggressive Federal government that we are going to produce a tremendous amount of energy from solar and wind and other sustainable energies,” said Sanders.

In his climate plan, Sanders, not praised indicated, the TVA, however, that it and other Federal, agencies, authorities uncovered enough of the United States.

“Currently, four federal Power Marketing administrations [PMAs], and the Tennessee Valley Authority generates and transmits electricity to the distribution utilities in 33 States,” to read the plan. “We will build a more PMA to cover the rest of the States and territories and the expansion of the existing PMAs, more than enough wind, solar, energy storage and geothermal power plants.”

DANIEL TURNER: BERNIE SANDERS ” GREEN NEW DEAL IS AN IMPOSSIBLE DREAM, WOULD BE A NIGHTMARE

Sanders’ plan would have the Federal government complete control over the U.S. energy supply, which he said would be the “sustainable” 2030 “at the latest.”

“The renewable energy generated by the Green New Deal are in public ownership, managed by the federal Power Marketing authorities, the Bureau of Reclamation and the Tennessee Valley Authority and sold to the distribution utilities, districts with a preference for public power, municipal – and cooperatively-owned utilities, the democratic, public ownership, and other existing utilities that show a commitment to the public interest,” read the plan.

If Hayes Sanders asked how he responded to critics who told me on the program costs, Sanders, the country could not afford not to afford it”, because the future of the planet on the game.

Sanders claimed that his $16 trillion plan would pay “for themselves,” something Heritage Foundation scholar Nick Loris suggested, was ridiculous.

BERNIE SANDERS SIGNALS HIS GOVERNMENT WAS PURSUING ‘CRIMINAL’ CHARGES AGAINST OIL EXECUTIVES

“Sanders’ plan would cause energy prices to skyrocket, bankrupting families and businesses and the empowerment of the Federal government to control America’s energy economy,” he said in a statement to Fox News. “And what would we get for it? A change in the temperature of the earth, which are hardly measurable. The Green New Deal is not a “climate thing’ at all. Turns out it is a green-glossed Trojan horse to increase state control over the economy.”

In addition to the takeover of the nation’s energy supply, Sanders’ plan claims to an end, the unemployment through the creation of 20 million jobs, met a such a “massive investment in research and development” and impose money, and the court procedure on the fossil fuel industry.

The plan predicts that the revenue expenditure of the tax revenue, the penalties for fossil fuel companies, a reduced need for the safety net, “that the rich and large corporations pay their fair share” and other effects on the policy would make the program pay for itself.

BERNIE SANDERS: climate change POSES A Greater THREAT TO AMERICA THAN ISIS

“The cost of inaction is unacceptable,” read the plan. “Economists estimate that, if we do not act, we will lose $34.5 trillion in economic activity by the end of the century. And the benefits are huge: by taking bold and decisive action, we can save $2.9 trillion over 10 years, $21 trillion over 30 years, and $70.4 trillion over 80 years.”

The American Petroleum Institute, a trade Association for the oil and gas industry, replied Sanders in a statement to Fox News.

“Pitting of the important environmental policy objectives against the working families that depend on cheap American energy is a false choice,” the organization said. “While some of you use attacks on natural gas and petroleum to supply energy to their political base, our industry low more on providing the energy that powers America’s economy and modern lifestyle, while you continue to lower carbon dioxide emissions, over their current generation.”
