Speaking of Jon Favreau on the podcast “Pod Save America,” Sanders, I-Vt., 2020 Democratic presidential primary hopeful, acknowledged that it is difficult to ignore Trump’s controversial tweets, but argued that the focus on you and not the problems that would almost guarantee that the current occupant of the White house, will remain there for another term.
‘[Y]ou can’t ignore Donald Trump and his tweets and his lies,” said Sanders. “But if you lose you will be obsessed with you, I guarantee the choice.”

Sanders also criticized his other candidates for not he the focus of their campaigns to young and working-class voters.
“The founding hangs with the rich and the comfortable and the people in power and the establishment of a kind of forgets that, as we speak, there are millions of people paycheck to paycheck, can’t afford health care, who pay 50 percent of their limited income for rent, and scared to death about the disease in the family, which might bankrupt you,” said Sanders.

Trump on Monday suggested that “Crazy Bernie Sanders” with the term “racist” for calling Baltimore a “third world country” and a “disgrace” in the year 2015. This comes as a trump faces accusations of racism for his naughty tweets.
“I’m going to assume that Bernie now needs to be characterized, the Racist, would only be as a Republican, if he uses this term and standard,” Trump tweeted on Monday.
Sanders back tweeted that “trump-the lies and the racism never ends. To lift while I’m fighting, the people in Baltimore and elsewhere out of poverty with well-paid jobs, housing and health care, he has attacked workers and the poor.”
