In an interview with Bild he criticized the recordbedragen that today are consideration, with the 222 million for Neymar as outlier.

“It is my belief that no player in the world is worth more than 100 million euro. I would not be a single player for 100 million euros want to buy, even if I had the money. That is simply too much money for me, ” says the strong man of the German Rekordmeister.

Neymar broke this summer all records for no fewer than 222 million euros from Barcelona to PSG to move. Barça gave then to 105 million euro to Ousmane Dembele to take over from Borussia Dortmund. ‘As far as I know Neymar is no better football player, become by the new transfer fee’, Hoeness further.

Although Bayern Munich so not a crazy amount on the table will be to the top, remains Hoeness ambitious. “It is our goal to bring the Champions League to win without crazy transfers. That would be my dream, ” he concluded.
