Basketball player Jeroen Rauwerdink stops after 337 international matches for Orange

Jeroen Rauwerdink will no longer come true for the Dutch volleyball team. The 33-year-old passer/runner wants after 337 national football team to devote more time to his family, and his social career.

“I am always with a lot of passion and pride come out for the Dutch team,” says Rauwerdink Wednesday. “I have wonderful experiences and play for the Orange to me has been very helpful.”

“Now, I choose to have more time to spend with my wife and two children. In addition, the completion of my study Human Resource Management priority. For that training I go for an internship at the Dutch volleybal.”

Rauwerdink made his debut sixteen years ago in Orange. He won with the national team two times in the European League. Last september, he was in the selection when the Netherlands were handsome as eighth place in the world cup.

“During my time at the national team we always have to fight for results and recognition. That long struggle has resulted in a stunning eighth place at the last world cup, a feat that perspective.”

Rauwerdink plays in Greece
