A video clip obtained by The Sun apparently shows baggage handlers kicking and swinging of the passengers bags after the drag of an easyJet plane. Some bags are thrown into a truck, while others just crash on the concrete runway below.
One of the workers makes a hell of a kick to a different bag if he tries to shove it away in the truck, which is parked next to the easyJet plane.
The airline has now launched an investigation after the one-minute clip, which was filmed at Luton Airport last week, was made public online.
The irate passenger who caught the incident can be heard saying: “How can you be so sick and disrespectful?
“I hope these idiots get kicked in the face and then fired.”
It is not the first time baggage handlers have been caught, with images of different workers hurling bags into a truck appeared this week.
Last year, the staff at Luton airport were included to throw the bags, with a shocked witness says: “I know that their job is difficult, and they are trying to make a quick turn around, but they are damaging other people’s property.”
The handlers working for Menzies Aviation, a company contracted to look after the luggage at many airports in the united kingdom, The company has since branded her employees’ behavior in the video “unacceptable.”
“Menzies Aviation is the opinion of the safe transport of passengers, baggage to be a matter of the highest importance,” said Menzies spokesman.
“We take the necessary steps to ensure that such behaviour is stopped and our professional standards are maintained well into the future.”
