Asus, HP and Lenovo to make Windows 10 laptops with 4G
Pc manufacturers Asus, HP and Lenovo are working on Windows 10 laptops with a mobile Snapdragon chip and 4G internet.
The devices will use the Snapdragon 835-chip which is also in several recent Android devices, so Microsoft Wednesday announced on the computer fair, Computex.
Windows devices run normally on a different type of processor, made by Intel. Traditional Windows programs will not run on mobile processors, but in the autumn an update that should fix the problem.
It is not clear exactly when the 4G devices will appear. According to Microsoft, will the laptops by use of the Qualcomm chip, a better battery life reach.
