Ashton Kutcher’s Los Angeles home now belongs to his former stepdaughter, Rumer Willis.
“That ’70s Show” star, 40, bought the 2-bedroom, 4 bathroom house in the Hollywood Hills in 2009 for $971,500. According to the legal documents obtained by ET, Kutcher, who was married to Demi Moore at the time, co-owner of the house with her oldest daughter Rumer.

Kutcher and Rumer each owned 50% of the property, but on Aug. 3, Rumer archived documents showing that their co-ownership was terminated, with Kutcher granting her the ownership of the property. Kutcher and Moore separated in 2013 after eight years of marriage.
It is interesting that Kutcher’s current wife, Mila Kunis, had to sign off on the documents. The house was listed as Kunis and Kutcher is in community of goods after they tied the knot in 2015.
