Arsenio Hall late lasterzaak against Sinéad O’connor fall
Arsenio Hall has the lasterzaak against Sinéad O’connor dropped, after the singer and her apology for the statement that Hall would be involved in the death of Prince.
“I offer my apologies for my Facebook posts about Arsenio Hall”, brought O’connor to various American media know through an official statement. The singer pointed to Hall as a drug dealer from Prince. The Purple Rain singer died in april as a result of an overdose of fentanyl.
Hall stepped up with the claims made by O’connor in his hand to the court and sued her for slander. He called her in may, “desperate” and “aandachtzoekend” and did her statements as “malicious” and “bizarre”.
The singer now admits that her claims are “not true”. “I take them back.” As a result of her excuses have Hall’s lawyers decided the lasterzaak to withdraw.
