ARM unveils mobile chip for artificial intelligence
Chip maker ARM has the new Corex-A75 revealed. This chip is according to the company’s specially designed to make artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning support.
The chip was just for the Taiwanese chipbeurs Computex announced, reports ZDNet.
ARM makes chips used in smartphones and tablets. The processors, for example, iPhones and Samsung phones are often based on ARM chip architecture. The disclosures of the company therefore they have an influence on the most popular smartphones of the moment.
The new Cortex-A75 is according to the company, on average, 22 percent faster than the previous A73. In benchmarks, he pulls a 34 percent higher score than the previous chip.
