(Reuters) – Apple Inc’s (AAPL.(O) for the re-opening of all 42 of its branded stores in China on Friday, a spokesman for the company said, more than a month after they were shut down in the wake of the corona virus outbreak.
The iPhone-maker’s Chinese website and the opening hours of all shops, which will be between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., local time. The site had previously been an advisory to say not all of the stores were open.
Apple had already announced the shuttering of its branded stores in the beginning of the end of February.
China is placed in the pavement on the road and asked residents to avoid public places at the end of January, just before the Lunar New Year festival, a major gift-giving holidays. These limitations were largely to take place through most of the month of February.
The company was sold for less than half-a-million iPhones in China in February, the government data showed on Monday, as the time cut in half, demand for smartphones and tablets.
