Apple’s crazy-expensive new computer will have to be made in the United States of america — not in China, the company announced Monday.
The $6000 Mac Pro will be built at the company’s Austin, Texas plant, please follow US trading regulatory authorities, the approval of the 10 requests for fee waivers filed by Apple, the parts of the computer.
“The all-new Mac Pro will have the parts designed, engineered and manufactured by more than a dozen U.s. companies for the distribution of the customers in the united states,” Apple said in a statement.
The Mac Pro is assembled at the Austin plant since 2013, however, Apple announced earlier this year that the new computer would have to be made in China, questions, the anger of the President’s Home, which has been critical of the company’s reliance on Chinese manufacturing.
“Apple will not be given, the Rate is staggering (sic), and lighting for the Mac Pro spare parts, made in China,” He tweeted. “They are in the USA, there is no Cost.”
Apple, at that time, he said, “as with all of our products, the new Mac Pro is designed and engineered in California, and it has components from several different countries, including the United States of america.”
The new Mac Pro is scheduled for release in autumn of this year with an entry-level price of $ 5,999. It is designed to be used with Apple’s new $4,999 Pro-Display-XDR on a monitor, which, in turn, is mounted on top of the $999 Pro Mode.
This means that Apple’s next-generation supercomputer will cost at least $ 12,000 for the promotion of any of the specs.
Apple shares were up 0.6 per cent on Monday morning, at just $219.10.
