The legendary creature known as Bigfoot could be in California, North Carolina, or a number of places, allegedly observed through the years. But the people of Wampum, Pa., that has a population of 717, go out on a hunt for a St. Patrick’s Day Sasquatch search.
The Wampum Chapter of the North Country Trail is the host of the annual St. Patrick’s Sasquatch Search on Sunday, The Ellwood City Ledger reports. It is very unlikely that any of the members are actually a creature many believe not really, but that is not stopping the walkers.
The group, which has a Facebook page, says the walk will start at 1 pm on Sunday, and let the people walk “in the scenic hill where Bigfoot has been sighted in the recent past, and back down.”

The chapter marketing chair, Tina Harkins, said last year residents almost saw Bigfoot. “They saw almost Bigfoot, but one of our members in a Bigfoot getup got his big feet stuck in the mud,” Harkins said, adding that more than 100 people took last year.
There are several options for the hike, including a trip is 2.8 miles round-trip, an option which is 5.2 km and another which takes 9.4 km.
“To be sure that everyone is safe on the walk, chapter members are in the beginning, middle and end of the walk with walkie-talkies,” Harkins added.
After the walk, all participants will meet in Wampum train Station, will be inducted into the eating of hot dogs, a pot luck dinner and share hiking stories with each other.
‘BIGFOOT’ ALLEGEDLY SIGHTED IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, PHOTOS GO VIRAL
Bigfoot, that can be anything, a bear of a man in a suit to a real being-not known to science, has led to a number of alleged sightings in various parts of North America.
Last month, images of a Canadian wilderness walk went viral with the filmmakers, and she says that they caught Bigfoot on camera.
Bigfoot, who may or may not have relatives (they would be ‘Bigfeet’?) it was also reportedly spotted in Northern California in October 2017, according to Jeffrey Gonzalez, a self-described paranormal expert who heard about the sighting of a local farmer who said that he saw the creature and five others to walk on his ranch near Avocado Lake.
“One of them, which are extremely long, had a pig over his shoulder,” Gonzalez said in a commentary obtained by Fox (26), Fox News affiliate. “And the five spread out, and the pig ran so fast that it does not see, an irrigation pipe and cut through, with the pig fly.”
Bigfoot was allegedly spotted in a North Carolina forest two months before, so he is a very fast walker or have a good travel agent.
