The former FBI Deputy Director told NBC that he told congressional leaders about a probe in the President’s trump card and there were no objections; Catherine Herridge reports.
The former Congressman and Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz said on Tuesday that the Ex-acting FBI Director, Andrew McCabe should be prosecuted in his last interview followed on “60 minutes.”
“What he did on ’60 minutes’ was, he shared the information, the classified is obvious. He should be prosecuted for that,” Chaffetz said on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom.”
He added: “you can’t go straight into the Assembly, tell the world what the FBI, the President was informed that discussions were in a classified setting. You can’t do, even if it know second-hand.”

Chaffetz spoke the following McCabe’s Tuesday appearance tomorrow at the “Today” show, where McCabe said he believed that President Trump has been trying to close any investigation into his connections with Russia.
“We had a number of very much about what we played with the idea at the time. One of them is the fact that the President was gone from our point of view was to extreme measures to potentially impact, negative impact, may our examination of Russia’s interference in the disable choice, and Russian coordination with his campaign,” McCabe NBC’s Savannah Guthrie said.
“The President didn’t actually do,” Chaffetz host Sandra Smith said. “There is still no evidence and nothing was mentioned in this TV-to justify the interviews of each of the underlined precursor of what they were doing.”

Chaffetz called McCabe and Deputy attorney Rod Rosenstein, in front of the Congress appear.
“I think that he should be said to come before the Congress,” Chafettz. “It is up to Lindsey Graham, but he is a very discredited.”
Chaffetz’ comments came after McCabe claimed Tuesday, he told the top congressional leaders on the investigation of the President Trump and his alleged relations with Russia, and nobody objected.

“I told Congress, what we had done,” McCabe said Guthrie.
“Has yet to talk to someone?” Guthrie asked.

“That’s answered the important part here, Savannah,” McCabe. “No one objected. Not for legal reasons, not constitutional concerns and is not based on facts.”
Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, pushed back on the claim that he “Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade that he was never informed of McCabe and blasted McCabe as someone who can not be trusted.
