This fat cat went to a fat camp, and now she’s a star, but it doesn’t look like they had a good a time as any to do it.
Laila is a cat from Gainesville, Florida, which seems to have become obsessed with food. As a rescue, she was said to be close to starving to death. Since then, she has developed a healthy appetite.
At its worst, many others weighed in at 23 kg, Fox 35 reports. According to her owners, she was able to not “jump on it.” It is clear that this is a problem that should be solved. Her owners took her to the vet, who came up with an innovative solution.
Once a week, and many others, visit “fat camp” at the University of Florida. There, they will go through a series of training courses designed to help you lose weight. This will include running on the treadmill and even go for a swim. Of course, being a cat, Laila doesn’t look too happy with either of those, especially the water games.

Fortunately, as time went on, many others it grew out of the enjoyment of the exercises, as its owners claim. “She loves to swim,” she told Fox 35.
