CHESTERFIELD, Va. – A former Virginia police officer who fatally shot an 18-year-old man has been sentenced to three months imprisonment.
News media are reporting that a judge laid down the punishment for the former Richmond police officer David L. Cobb on Wednesday. A jury found him guilty of voluntary manslaughter in February for the October, 2015 the shooting of Paterson Brown Jr.
