Police in New Jersey have to have an Amber Alert issued for 5-year-old girl who was last seen in the playground on Monday afternoon, after new information has revealed she was in a red van by a man.

The police, an Amber Alert early Wednesday morning for Dulce Maria Alavez, of Bridgeton City, who disappeared from a local playground for the children.

According to the police, Dulce, was playing in the Bridgeton City Park and children’s playground at around 4:20 p.m. when an unknown man was seen leading her to a red van with sliding door and tinted windows.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 5’6″ to 5’8″ with a thin build and no facial hair. He was last seen wearing orange tennis shoes, red pants and a black t-shirt.

More than 50 officers and other agencies scoured the 1,000-acre park on Tuesday in search of Dulce, after the researchers at first believed, it was not a kidnapping case, NJ.com have been reported.

Chief of police Michael Gaimari told the outlet that Dulce was back in the park with her mother, and Noema Alavez, and her 3-year-old brother of an 8-year-old relative when she and her brother ran off to play while her mother and the relative were in the vehicle.

The police have interviewed several witnesses, who play basketball in the neighborhood where the abduction was said to have taken place, and described the man, the police finally identified on Wednesday, an Amber Alert is issued.

After about 10 minutes, and the youngest kid ran back to the car, crying, and pointing to the place where his sister was last seen.

Alavez was pleading with her, her daughter and her abductor “to return her to the back and stop making her family suffer so much.” She said NJ.com her family has not played a role in the Dulce de’s disappearance, something which she said the authorities have proposed.

“The police department believes that as our family did,” she said. “They think I did something to her. I don’t know. I’m in love with my daughter. I would never do anything bad to her.”

The authorities have not publicly said that they have reason to suspect that the Alavez family, in Dulce, to the office.
