American politicians may be a judge in the state of Virginia not blocking people on social media. The court ruled that after a local politician the wrong by a man of her facebook account to avoid it.

The account was by the politician Phyllis Randall used to be part of its function. This is a blockade against the constitution, so ruled the court. The man, Brian Davison, was blocked after he received a critical message on the page had posted.

The lawyer of Randall asked that the page not could be seen as official government communication, because Randall this self-service. The judge was not there. Davison received within twelve hours after the blockade to regain access to the page. Randall will receive no further punishment imposed by the court.


However, the case may have implications for a lawsuit against the Us president, Donald Trump has been filed. Trump has several people blocked on Twitter. The account he uses frequently about political affairs to speak.
