Imboden spoke out against the Home
The 26-year-old Imboden sat down a week and a half ago, at the stage when the American national anthem was being played. The floretschermer at the Pan American Games in Lima, peru won the gold medal in the teamonderdeel.
The man then wrote on Twitter that it was to kneel, three years ago, for the first time, it was made by American footballer Colin Kaepernick, and a protest was made against the “shortcomings” of the country. “The racism, the arms export control, it is wrong to treat immigrants, and a president who hates the spread and stand on the top of the list.”
In the case of Berry, who won gold in the kogelslingeren, thrusting her fist in the air during the American national anthem. Thus, she had the same type of object, when Tommie Smith and John Carlos at the Olympic Games in 1968. Smith and Carlos were at the time, a penalty away from the Play.
Berry responded on Twitter to the news of her punishment: “If you have nothing to say, it will not happen, it will, and there’s nothing to be improved, there will be no change.”
“If nothing is said, nothing will be done, & nothing will be fixed, & nothing will change.”
