An angry passenger took out her frustrations on an airport window.
An American Airlines passenger boiled over Monday night and smashed a window out of frustration at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport after numerous flights were cancelled by the airline.

The incident happened at 11:03 pm Monday near the valet parking station on the top floor of the airport, FOX46 reported. According to witnesses, a woman, later identified as 24-year-old Kathy Irene Albright, broke the window and then running away.
Responding officers Albright and questioned her.
Albright was cited for damage to property after officers viewed video surveillance.
Witnesses say that the woman has broken the window and then running away.
American Airlines announced thousands of cancellations, primarily from the Charlotte airport, the beginning of last Thursday due to a “technical fault.” As of Tuesday morning, PSA Aircraft, one of American Airlines ‘ regional carriers, said that they had stabilized their computer systems and begins to come back into regular activities.
PSA Airlines had planned to work at a reduced schedule for the next few days.

American Airlines released a statement to FOX46:
“We understand that these cancellations are frustrating for our customers, and teams of PSA and Us are working around the clock to bring everything back to normal, as quickly as possible. We are rebooking of the passengers and the American customer relations department to further reach out to all affected customers. We encourage our clients to travel across the PSA-flights in the next few days to check their flight status aa.com or on the American Airlines app.”
