Two Muslim men have filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Transportation against American Airlines, knowing that their flight had been canceled once they’ve been racially profiled by the department.

“It was the most horrible, humiliating day of my life,” said one of the men said at a news conference on Thursday, Fox 4 reported.

On Saturday, Abderraoof Alkhawaldeh, and Issam Abdallah were traveling separately, of Birmingham, Ala., to make their homes in the future, on board a flight operated by Mesa Airlines, a regional airline that operates as American Eagle.
