An Amber Alert has been issued in the Area after a 3-year-old girl to attend a child’s birthday party, it was snatched off the street.
Authorities are said to be Chamomile, “Cupcake” McKinney, was kidnapped on Saturday night in Birmingham, a man and a woman who are strangers to the child. The Amber Alert said the girl was “believed to be in extreme danger.”
“As a child, as a child, only to be taken out to the street, which is not the usual way to see the city of Birmingham,” said Birmingham Police Deputy-director, Scott Praytor, according to the Birmingham News. “We’re trying to make sure that this child is returned to her family after all.”
Police do not believe that the child is involved in a custodial issue, according to the paper. Chamomile has a father and a mother, and the rest of her family members were on the scene.

Chamomile has been playing outside with other children when she was abducted. Police responded to the Tom Brown Village public housing project, after the kidnapping, at around 8:30 pm
A man and a woman in an SUV was said to have driven off with the girl after the man got out of bed and picked up the Chamomile, the paper reported. This is an 11-year-old boy.
The SUV, a Toyota 4-Runner alloy wheels and a “peanut butter brown” and excellent bumper, the paper reported.
“Nothing brings a city together, as in the well-being of a child,” Praytor recounted in the News. “If you look at her, the smile on a child’s face…that should bring the whole city together, to help us find this child.”
