Amazon is already largest e-tailer for a wide range of categories, but an area that is by the will to dominate is groceries, and Jeff Bezos is more than willing to the launch of new gadgets to reach that dominance. With that in mind, Amazon launched the Dash Wall With Alexa leave yesterday.
The Dash Wall is designed to be comfortable in your hand when in use and is equipped with a magnet on the back so it can attach to your refrigerator when it is not. You can talk to if you have any other Alexa-devices, scan barcodes using the built-in scanner, and then order groceries. As soon as the installation using an iPhone or Android phone, the Wall is everything you need to fill your shopping cart and placing orders.
Amazon wants the Dash Wall is seen as a kitchen assistant, and pushes it hard by effectively making it free to purchase.
Each Dash Wall costs $20, but if you buy now and register, you get $20 of credit on your account. If that wasn’t enough of an incentive to pick one up, Amazon is also including 90 days of AmazonFresh for free if your a Prime member. Usually costs $14.99 per month and you can order a range of groceries for same-day or next-day delivery.

You can see why Amazon is offering a good deal for the purchase of the Dash Wall. Placing a device in your kitchen will get you used to order directly from Amazon. And the opportunity is large, a large percentage of people will choose to go with AmazonFresh and paying the monthly price. The inclusion of the Alexa also helps a lot in terms of the increase of the purchases because eventually you’re not going to find all the ingredients in a closet for most of those great recipes that she suggests.
