Almost naked passenger jumped out of the plane on the tarmac at Atlanta airport

A passenger was arrested after jumping out of a plane on the tarmac in his underwear.

A passenger jumped out of a plane on the tarmac of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Tuesday afternoon, airport officials confirmed. The passenger was only dressed in his underwear.

According to a tweet from the airport, the passenger jumped out of the plane while on the roadway shortly before 5 pm. The passenger was taken into custody by the authorities on the asphalt.

In the video recorded by the other passengers, the man turns out only wearing underwear and with his clothes as he tries to get back on the plane.

In a tweet, the airport said operations have not been affected by the incident.

It is not clear at this time why or how the man was able to get off the plane.

The investigation is ongoing.
