The 31-year-old woman pleaded not guilty on Wednesday after federal prosecutors in Chicago charged with the operation of a sex “dungeon” and a multistate prostitution business that allegedly took millions of dollars from customers across the country.
Jessica Standard, which the authorities say is that, in the name of “Madame Priscilla Belle, faces charges of prostitution in addition to financial crimes, according to a 23-page federal indictment, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
Her attorney, Barry Sheppard argued before Judge Maria Valdez that the Standard used as a legal “fetish business” is not prostitution, force, Chicago’s FOX 32 reported.

The clients learned about the business by the name of Kink Extraordinaires, according to the report. It is said that your operators are provided “as-is, is beautiful, and psychologically sophisticated Kinksters” who would “play out to a private 5-floor Dungeon with several fully-decorated themed rooms.
The dungeon also has a “free and easy parking on the street,” the Sun-Times said.
The business will also be advertised on websites such as Backpage.com and Eros.com.

The plaintiffs claim that the Standard paid a cash amount less than $10,000, in an effort to avoid detection. Such actions are called “structuring” and is illegal, and the Sun-Times reported.
