Ephraim Sibeko from Lanseria International Airport in South Africa has gone viral for going the extra mile.
Travelers, meet your new favorite person.
Checking a bag can be heavy, especially if you are carrying valuable or fragile items. Everything from theft, irreparable damage may happen on the carousel, and often it is completely out of your hands. Heavy, bulky bags are often, where and when they want, and sometimes that can lead to a number of major problems.
But a baggage handler at the Lanseria International Airport in South Africa is the battle against the pocket of damages by diligently upright suitcases if they fall on the carousel belt.
A video posted by grateful traveller Janine Brand shows the man, who they identified as Ephraim Sibeko, hard at work making sure that each bag was facing forward and put them in the right direction, so travelers can easily identify with their luggage, to avoid damage and grab their bag and go in one fell swoop.

“The next time that you travel by the Lanseria Airport and you come to Ephraim, stop, thank and tip him, because there is no where in the world will you ever have a first-class service,” wrote Fire.
We are not sure what we did to deserve someone like Sibeko, but we are absolutely grateful.
