A public hearing is scheduled to begin in January, following the arrest of a Frontier Airlines passenger who is accused of touching the woman sitting next to him, with his young son, who was in the same row of the table.

Victor Maksimov, 42, was arrested on Oct. 28 at a Denver-to-Miami flight to new York, where he consumed alcohol and allegedly hit “in the hamstring and buttock area,” a female passenger trying to sleep in the adjacent chair.

Court documents cited by the Miami Herald say, Maksimov and his son had taken their seats, one in the middle, and one on the frame, respectively, and when the woman, identified in the documents; C. C. of VA.F, took a seat in the aisle. Maksimov her shot of vodka after you take it off, and it was going to consume both bottles of vodka and beer throughout the flight.

Maksomiv, also pleaded not guilty to a charge of the use of violence in Florida, the Southern District Federal Court on Tuesday, the Miami Herald reported.
