“Big Little Lies” star Adam Scott had a brief Twitter war with an account that is representing the Senate majority Leader, Mitch McConnell.
In addition to the school of drama, the 46-year-old actor has appeared in “The right Place for you,” “y Down,” “The Twilight Zone” and “Parks and Recreation.” He apparently had a problem with the official @Team_Mitch account at the end of the use of an animated gif of a character on “Parks.”

McConnell’s a shared account, with a tweet from Hill’s Saagar Enjeti, that discussed the President when He reportedly said that he would fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court for the 2020 election, in spite of the support of the prior decision is not Obama’s nominee Merrick Garland. At the time, McConnell claimed that the Supreme court of the saddle should not have to change hands in an election year.
The response is a gif, made Scott’s character, Ben Wyatt, winking directly at the camera and his officemates cheering in the background.
“My dear, Mitch McConnell & all of those who belong to him,” the star wrote. “Please refrain from the use of my image in support of anything but your own beautiful and humbling defeat. Thanks a lot! The man.”
McConnell’s account was, apparently, not impressed at all. It quickly responded with a screen grab from a fake newspaper article from the ‘Parks and Recreation’, in which Wyatt’s character has been criticized for blowing up his residence in the budget of an ice-sports complex.

Scott fired back with a real-life photograph of McConnell’s pose and smile in front of a large flag of the Confederacy.
