He would have callously killed his father, Han Solo, but like all well-written “bad guys”,” Kylo Ren is the hero of his own “Star Wars” story.
“He is someone who does not think of himself as evil, but thinks of himself as a judge,” said Adam Driver, who reprises his role as the concerned Ren in ‘ Star Wars: The Last Jedi.”
“There is something thinking that you are on a special trip and then kind of having your faith questioned by something new.”

“It’s definitely more exciting to play, because I don’t think I know what pure evil is, or that seems to be something that sustains itself or it is interesting to watch,” Driver says. “Look at people who have the feeling that kind of morally justified to behave the way they do it is, in a way, more unpredictable, and dangerous, because there is nothing they won’t do to accomplish their mission, because they feel empowered in his right.”
Driver is more cautious than most about the reveal something about “The Last of the Jedi,” which hits theaters Friday, or even discussing what Ren was thinking when he killed Han, or when he was fighting Rey (Daisy Ridley) at the end of the space saga’s previous installment, “The Force Awakens.”
“I don’t think I can say what he saw (Rey) but there is something known, that he sees that, hopefully he wrestles with in ‘The Last Jedi’, the Driver says. “There is something thinking that you are on a special trip and then kind of having your faith questioned by something new.”

The 34-year-old actor, previously best known for his role as Adam Sackler on HBO’s “Girls,” says his anonymity has usually gone since he was a member of the “Star Wars” galaxy — but that’s OK.
Seeing children, or people bring their children or provide their children with lightsabers. I love that part.
Driver, on the occupation of a part of the “Star Wars” galaxy
“Sometimes it goes places, just requires more planning. But the size of those movies, because they are so multigenerational, or cross-generation, the amount of people who come up to you and recognize you is a bit unpredictable,” he says. “But the child part of it is for me the most fun: Seeing the children, or people bring their children or provide their children with lightsabers. I love that part. But mostly they are in the war, as the reason Why Kylo Ren wearing a tracksuit?'”
The children who are especially taken with the Run and give him a little break, though.
“I’m worried about them,” Driver, ” he says with a laugh. “Especially if they are with their father.”
