Actress Lily James cast for the sequel of Mamma Mia
Actress Lily James (28) is cast for the role as the young Meryl Streep in the filmmusical Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again.

The British James played in 2015, starring in the live-action film adaptation of the Disneyklassieker Cinderella. Also she had a regular role in the series Downton Abbey.
Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again is the sequel to Mamma Mia from 2008. The film adaptation of the eponymous musical based on the songs of the Swedish pop group ABBA. The film was a big hit and resulted in film production company Universal worldwide, nearly 600 million dollars.
The sequel will partly play in the past to show how relationships from the first part to be formed. In the film, will both not yet used ABBA songs, as some of the classics to hear. A large part of the original cast, including Meryl Streep, Pierce Borsnan, Amanda Seyfried and Colin Firth will return in the second film.
Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again, is scheduled for July 20, 2018.
