Actress Eilish releases ‘James Bond’ theme song, “No Time to Die”

With six grammy’s, 13 platinum singles, and one of the greatest debut albums in recent history, They Eilish has already conquered the music world and has been transferred to the film. After a unique take on the Beatles’ classic “Yesterday” at the Academy Awards last weekend, the singer did the theme song for the upcoming James Bond movie: “No Time to Die,” which comes out on April 10th. The song is the second one that she and brother/musical collaborator Finneas have been declining since the spring, and the release of her blockbuster debut full-length album, “the next time We go to Sleep, Where are We Going?,” after All, I Wanted to be,” left at the end of last year.

“No Time to Die” is slow and ominous, with Eilish in the bow of a high, quavery register of her voice in a way that is no different than her take on “Yesterday.” However, the Bond-ian touch is provided as an orchestra swells in the background, but it is gaining intensity as the song progresses before it is closed, with a twangy guitar and agree that it subtly evokes the Bond themes of the 60’s. The song includes the legendary Smiths guitarist, Johnny Marr, with orchestral arrangements by Hans Zimmer, and Matt Dunkley.

Eilish, is the youngest artist ever to write and record a note of them, will perform the song for the first time at the Brit Awards in London on feb. 18.

It is interesting that two of the most recent Bond themes, Adele’s “Skyfall,” and Sam Smith’s “Writing is on the Wall” are the only songs from the movies, to win Best Song at the Academy Awards.

Later in the year, the Apple TV is a documentary about the singer, who is almost four years in the making. In fact, when Diversity was included with Eilish, the fall tour, for the December cover story on the singer in the video crew, followed her almost everywhere.

Eilish — the Variety, the Hitmaker by 2019 — sweep of the top Grammy categories in the last month, becoming the youngest (and second artist in history to win the big four: album of the year and pop vocal album (for ” When We All get back to Sleep, Where are We Going?”), record and song of the year ” (for the “Bad Guy”), and a new artist. (Christopher Cross is the only artist ever to sweep the ‘big four’ categories in 1981.) They have lost only pop solo performance (to the Lizzo, “the Truth Hurts”). In total, Eilish, 18, and Henry, 22, took home six out of the seven awards they were nominated for.

Eilish is ready to hit the road on a world arena tour, which sold out within hours of tickets going on sale. It’s going to start on the 9th of March.

The theme of the song “Writing’s On the Wall” for the latest James Bond movie, “Spectre,” was performed by Sam Smith is in, while Adele performed “Skyfall” for the movie of the same name.
