A woman has gone viral after sharing her incredible weight loss journey.
For three years, and 50 pounds lighter, and Glasgow resident Emma Young, 23, took to Twitter to celebrate her journey, and to show off her new body.

“The same hotel for 3 years apart from each other. [49 pounds], to be down,” she wrote. “Madness is to see how far I actually came up[sic]. [Here we go].”
The Scottish woman said that she took the first picture when she was at her lowest point, tipping the scales at 147 pounds in August 2016, the Daily Mail reported. In February of the following year, Young decided to take action and started a diet. Soon she began to with the addition of a high-intensity workout per week.

The young started to look for the weight to fall off and upped her training. Now, she has been working out with a personal trainer two or three times a week, and it has a high intensity of the classes, and circuit training with weights.
After three years of hard work and dedication, Young’s decided to go back to where she was at her worst, and in a new bikini snap to celebrate her weight loss, a victory, a celebration of the thousands of Twitter friends.

However, she has completely changed her lifestyle, Young shared that she is not “extremely strict” about her diet, and her credits, long-term weight loss in order to be “in balance.”
“If I’m a good 5 or 6 out of the 7 days, then one cheat meal is allowed. You’ll be able to keep up with the healthy eating so much more, if you have a cheat-meal,” she wrote on Instagram.
To the extent that the recommendations of other people who are trying to lose weight, Young and likes to take before and after pictures to track progress.

“One of the best ways to track your progress is to 1000% by taking a before-and-after photos. Also, it helps to motivate me when all I want to do in the winter, you eat every bit of chocolate/chips/pizza/Chinese, and there it is,” she wrote.
