The remains, which were found in a Tennessee state house on March 6, have been confirmed as a 15-year-old Evelyn Boswell, whose disappearance had sparked an Amber Alert, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced Wednesday.
The researchers called off the 17-day search for the infant after it is switched on, in, Sullivan County, Tenn., on Saturday, in a house belonging to a relative of the mother of the child, ” Megan Boswell. The Amber Alert is issued, it noted that she was last seen Dec. 26, but investigators said they were not sure of the date because the child is the mother gave conflicting accounts.
The researchers do not elaborate on its remains; a court sealed records of the court of auditors on the research.
“Sure and swift justice will be given to anyone and everyone who will be involved in the baby,” Evelyn’s dead,” Sullivan County Sheriff Jeff Had said, ” if, WVLT reported.

Megan Boswell, 18, was arrested Feb. 25 on charges of filing a false tax return. She remained in the jail Wednesday on a $25,000 bond. A grand jury is set to hear the case, the woman’s next appearance is scheduled for the beginning of May.
The researchers said they had been given incorrect or contradictory statements. She said that when she first told me of them, Evelyn, was the father of her child, Ethan Perry, according to court documents of her arrest. Later, Megan tells her mother, Angela Boswell, and took the baby to a compound in Mendota, Va., in the vicinity of Tennessee’s Sullivan County.
The researchers were looking for the camp site and didn’t find a trace of the girl.

Angela Boswell himself, were arrested in the week before her daughter was taken into custody. Angela and her husband, William, McCloud, was arrested in North Carolina, on fugitive warrants out of los of Evelyn’s case, investigators have said. Crews are on the lookout for Pictures to look for in a garden pond, in the county where you were arrested.
