In Dallas, the police department has three suspects in the killing, by Joshua Brown, a key witness in the Orange Guyger’s murder trial. Brown, 28, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot about four miles from the apartment where Botham Jean, had been shot.
Two of the three men wanted in connection with the deaths of Joshua Brown, a key witness who has testified in high-profile murder trial of a former Dallas police officer, Amber Guyger, have been arrested, while a third, Thaddeous Green, and remained on the lam Wednesday morning.
The second defendant, Michael Mitchell, 32, was arrested by federal deputy marshals Tuesday night in Marksville, Louisiana, while a Female’s nephew, 20-year-old Jacquerious Mitchell, who is in critical condition in a Dallas-area hospital with a gunshot wound.
The authorities believe that the three men travelled to the Alexandrian, Louisiana, to buy drugs from Brown, 28, in the parking lot of a Dallas apartment complex.

Jecquerious Mitchell told the police that Brown shot him in the chest after an argument during a drug deal. The Dallas Police department’s Assistant Chief, Avery Moore, said that while the Green deal is shot Brown two more times.

The investigators also seized 12 pounds of marijuana, a total of 149 grams of THC, cartridges, and more than $4,000 in cash during an investigation of Brown’s home. It was not clear how the three men came in contact with Brown, or why they would be driving more than 300 km away from the center of La., to buy pot in dallas, Texas.
While there has been widespread speculation that Brown’s death had anything to do with Guyger’s trial, Moore was on a Tuesday afternoon, and warned against it.
Even though a lawyer who is a Brown’s family, said Brown had raised doubts about the evidence in the high-profile, Guyger of a trial, Moore said Brown’s killing had nothing to do with the case.
Brown, who lived in the same apartment building testified about what he had heard in the night, Botham, Jean had been murdered. Lee Merritt, a lawyer who is a Brown’s family, said Brown’s mother told her about her son’s reservations about its prominence in the Guyger test. In November, Brown was wounded in the foot, a shot that left a 25-year-old man to death outside Dallas nightclub, and The Dallas Morning News reported.
“He was afraid that the people who shot him wanted to do him harm,” said Merritt, who will also be represented, and Botham Jean and the family.

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson, and other officials had asked the public to refrain from speculating about the killing of Brown, while the police investigated. In the meantime, the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. the request for an independent investigation into Brown’s killing, calling it “deeply disturbing and highly suspicious” in a press release.
The Dallas police had no comment on the call for an independent investigation.
Guyger, testified that in September of 2018, and after a long shift, they are kept in Jean’s apartment to her own, and thought he was a burglar. She was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison for the murder.
At the time of Jean’s shooting, mr Brown had lived in the same apartment complex as Guyger and John. Brown was killed by another complex, the researchers said.
Brown testified that on the night of Jean’s dead, and he was in the hallway on the fourth floor, where he and Jean lived, and that he heard what sounded like two people meeting each other in surprise, and then, two of his teammates.
At some points during his testimony, Brown was the emotional and a T-shirt or fabric to water. He told me that he had met Jean, a 26-year-old accountant from the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, for the first time earlier in the day.
Judge Tammy Kemp, who presided over Guyger in the trial, said Monday she was “saddened” and “shocked” to hear about Brown’s death, adding that “it turned out to be a very compassionate young man, and I hate that his life ended so soon.”

Brown, Of Jacksonville, Fla., native, originating from South Florida State College. Following college, he was able to Airbnb units in California, Georgia, and worked at a similar company off the ground in the future. He had three children – a 6-year-old, and two young children.
