Authorities say that Scott Fricker, 48, and Buckley Kuhn-Fricker, 43, were fatally shot to death in their Virginia home, Dec. 22, 2017.
Family members say that Virginia, a few tried to get their teenage daughter to end a relationship with a friend of whom the parents believed espoused neo-Nazi views.
Now that friend, 17, charged with the killing of the parents.
Police say the teen fatally shot Scott Fricker, 48, and Buckley Kuhn-Fricker, 43, Reston, after she caught the teenager in their 16-year-old daughter the bedroom of approximately 5 pm, Friday and tried to get him to leave, the Washington Post reported.
After allegedly shooting the parents, the boy, of Lorton, Va., shoots himself in the head, but survived, police said. He remains unknown because of his age.
On Dec. 17, Kuhn-Fricker a e-mail sent to the client of the Fairfax County, Va., private school, who is the daughter and her boyfriend lived, alerting the principal about her concerns about the boy’s faith.
In the e-mail, the Post reported, they attached photographs of the boy’s social media account where he had retweeted messages praised Hitler, the support of Nazi book burnings, calls for “white revolution” and making derogatory remarks about Jews.
“I feel a little bit bad reporting him if his online access was, in principle, a normal teenager, but he is a monster, and I have no sympathy with that kind of people,” the mother wrote in the e-mail. “He made these choices. He is spreading hate.”

The girl’s family held an intervention Wednesday, took her to the house of a friend in Washington, D. C., and tried to convince her to stay away from him. The girl eventually agreed it was in her best interest to end the relationship, the Post reported.
The parents went in to check on their daughter, Friday morning, after hearing of a sound, a detective told the friend of the grandma. They discovered the friend of their daughter’s bedroom. The father of the girl screamed at the boy, told him to leave and never return. The boy pulled out a gun and fatally shot both parents before the gun on himself.
The police has reportedly not yet discovered a motive, but family members and friends the blame on “the couple’s fight to keep hatred out of their home,” the Post reported, quoting family members.
The teen is charged with two murders. He is in a hospital in critical condition.
The boy’s family declined to comment.
