Being a single mother is in her 36th anniversary in a very special way – by wearing a wedding dress and a tiara, and the celebration of the creation of the “all of this without the to get married to someone else.”
Michael Plumb, of Horsham, West Sussex, England, sent out Facebook invitations to her family and friends, and the announcement of plans for a wedding-themed birthday party after getting fed up of seeing everyone around her getting married and the baby’s location.

“If I have to go to a wedding right now, and I just love the dress and the fact that they have a big party,” she told Metro. “That’s the part about marriage, I just don’t have to live with a person for the rest of my life.”

“I bought my dress at the St Catherine’s Hospice shop in Horsham,” she said. “It is the whole of the upper floor of the bride’s dresses.”

A single mom has invited all of her married friends and family to celebrate her birthday — and her marriage to herself.

“I ripped the bags open and was gasping for breath. That was it – it was the one. It is a very pale pink, it has these flakes in it and my friend told me that I look like Ariel from The Little Mermaid when she gets married at the end of it,” she said of her purchase.
Peach said as she hosted the birthday party to be funny, but she was also looking forward to setting a good example for her daughter.
“The message behind this is that I can be independent and strong. I’ve been trying to teach my daughter that she doesn’t need to be a partner, and if they don’t like it,” she told Metro. “With a lot of hard work, enjoying life and having good friends and family, you do not have to depend on anyone else.”
