A recipe to make your kikkererwtencurry with only five ingredients

Creamy kikkererwtencurry with broccoli and rice

What you’ll need for 4 persons:

  • 240 grams basmati rice (360g) for 6 persons)

  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 600 grams of broccoli (900 g for up to 6 people)

How do you get the dish cooking

  • Heat a wide pan and fry the tikka masala paste till it starts to smell. Put the chickpeas and the coconut milk in there. Stir well and leave for about 10 to 15 minutes to cook, until the sauce is creamy and thick.
  • Cook in the rice and cook according to the directions on the package.
  • Divide the broccoli into florets and slice the stalk into thin slices. Boil or steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes, until tender.
  • Spread the rice on plates and spoon some of the kokoscurry and serve the broccoli next to it.
  • Enjoy your meal!
