A recipe to make your dish with the cauliflower, using only five ingredients

In november, Dutch, Spanish cauliflowers available. Cauliflower is a very versatile vegetable, offering, for example, is boiled, or roasted well and raw meat.   • ½ Head cauliflower
  • 150 grams washed fresh spinach
  • 500 grams of gnocchi
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 150 grams of gorgonzola

How do you get the dish cooking

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius.
  • Cut or pull the cauliflower into florets.
  • Cook the cauliflower and gnocchi pasta for 4 minutes in a large pot of salted water. Turn off the flame and add the spinach to the pan. Stir through until the spinach has shrunk. Pour everything into a large colander and leave to drain.
  • Put in the whipped cream in a steelpannetje and add the gorgonzola in there. Let the gorgonzola over low heat to completely melt it so you can have a mild get. Transfer the sauce to taste with pepper.
  • Spread the cauliflower, gnocchi, and spinach to a baking dish. Divide the roll it evenly and place the baking dish in the center of the oven. Bake the casserole for about 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown see.
