A recipe to make your andijviestamppot with only five ingredients

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal pieces. Boil the potatoes in water with salt for about 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
  • Defrost the shrimp by placing them in a colander under cold running water to wash off. Allow the shrimp to drain (or pat dry with some kitchen paper).
