A Puppy orphaned in the Baghdadi raid to find a fur-ever home

On Sunday, a Syrian photojournalist Decay Alhor went to Baghdadi’s demolished compound in Syria, to take pictures and when he found out he was in the crying puppy in the rubble, near the bodies of her mother, who had apparently died in the strike.

“That’s when I noticed that it was a dog, he was very sad because of the loss of her mother in the bombing. I started to play with the little dog, so it just didn’t feel sorry for her,” Alhor, told Metro.

Take the pup under his wing, and the photo journalist rescued the animal and took it to the house. He gave me a dog, name it “Bobe” and provided him with the necessary vaccinations and medical treatment at a hospital for a couple of days later, he wrote on Twitter.

According to the Metro, Bobe has since been adopted. Alhor, said the cap was “very happy” with his new family, who live outside of Barisha.

The puppy will quickly warm up to his new owner, Alhor tweeted on Friday, detailing that the dog has to be a good friend to some of the local cats drank milk.

Now, Alhor, is to raise money for the Ernesto’s Sanctuary, where Bobe, receive health care, in an ongoing campaign that has since raised nearly $8,000 as of Saturday evening.
