A 12-year-old girl was charged after swastikas were found painted on a building in upstate New York, according to police.

The child is a resident of Geneva, a city about 55 miles southwest of Syracuse was associated with you can’t help but-after, the local police carried out a search warrant at the girl’s home on Thursday.
