The police in Los Angeles are looking for the suspect who attempted sexual assault of real estate agent, as they held an open house in Southern California.

A man was arrested late Tuesday in connection with a brutal attack on a real estate agent in southern California over the weekend, officials confirmed on Wednesday, as the two women allegedly came forward with disturbing accounts of similar events.

In the incident on Sunday, which took place in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Encino, a 51-year-old woman was assaulted and allegedly sexually abused in an attack that was captured on video.

The woman, who asked that her name be withheld, said the man who attacked her had come to her house for the last week and it was acting strangely and inappropriately.

The Los Angeles Police department confirmed to Fox News Wednesday morning, the man was arrested late Tuesday night and was booked on the charges. Additional information is expected to be released later in the day. Government officials have made it clear that the officers were in a position to get in touch with and keep track of the man.

The man took one look at the camera several times prior to the attack on the real-estate agent on a Sunday.

The victim told FOX11 they had a man outside on the porch, in the view of the camera. She said the man then began to ask them to look into the room, and when she asked him to leave.

The man looked up at the camera several times, then went on to shake up the real estate agent’s hand, with a small number of permanent talk about.

But all of a sudden, in the surveillance video, the man expresses that the agent, through the trees and bushes in the front of the house and on the pavement. He has been given over to her. The real estate agent told FOX11 that the man then got on top of her and started to grope her chest, as she lets out blood-curdling screams who can be heard on the surveillance video.

“Well, I would have been dead yesterday,” she told FOX11.

As a real estate agent, told CBS-LA’s-there she saw the video and reached out of her own experience with a similar-looking man in February after meeting him at an open house in the same neighborhood.

The real estate agent was violently attacked on a Sunday at an open house in Encino.

“He kind of freaked me out,” the real estate agent, who did not want to be identified, told CBS-LA. “He left and came back to give me an orange. And when he came back to me with the orange, and he gave me a big hug, and then his hand was on my chest, and it really freaked me out.”

Frank Bernardo, Keller Williams, team leader, told CBS LA that the real estate agent had a meeting with the same man who in June last year, and recorded a video of him riding his bike in Encino. He is now warning all of its employees to be aware of.
