The authorities said it was too early to determine whether or not the withdrawal will be classified as a hate crime, but authorities are investigating.

“In order to classify a crime as a hate crime, there are a number of elements that must be present,” the Miami-Dade Police spokesman, told Fox News. “And that’s what the researchers are looking into as we speak.”
