A Long Island man has been charged with animal cruelty in the choking death of Rex, a next-door neighbor’s pet pit bull.
Toquoc Huynh has appeared in front of a judge Thursday in a courtroom packed with pit bull lovers, to wear a t-shirt that said, “right, Rex,” according to the report.
“He choked him, strangled him, and threw him to the ground,” Rex”, owner: Dominic Primerano said Huynh, according to WNBC-TV.
Huynh pleaded not guilty and said that he was suffocated with the Rex to get him to stop for a bite of one of the other neighbor’s golden doodle by the name of Quincy.

He was killed in July in Hauppauge, L. I., after a scuffle with two of the released dogs, the Huynh, the Shih Tzu, and a golden-doodle, the station reported.
Huynh, left the court-room, to taunts of “murderer” and “animal killer,” according to The New York Times.

He had no comment for reporters, the paper reported.
Huynh told police in a written statement that he had choked for Rex to get him to stop for a bite of the golden-doodle, the paper reported.
Rex stops by to bite, No, but I have lived in their Rex’s, so he wouldn’t bite me, and spoke to the owner of the Rex, on a leash,” Huynh wrote.

The Online petition asking prosecutors to upgrade the charges against Huynh, have been received and more than 330,000 signatures, and the period of time being reported.
