A huge “well-fed” snake caught in Australia, called the ‘Chonk’

For a snake catcher in Australia, and has roped in a huge red-bellied black snake, called a “Chonk” because of its rugged look and feel.

Reuters is reporting that the island, 6 metres of hose and was caught by Bryce Lockett at the rifle range on the outskirts of Brisbane, australia. Lockett told the news outlet that the hose is slipping out of the stream system in which it is preserved, “well-fed” the fish and the frogs.

The Red-bellied Black Snakes are one of the most common snakes of the east coast of Australia, and have been responsible for a number of bites per year,” says the Australian Museum in its web site. “In spite of the number of bytes received, in every year, very few human deaths occur as a result.”

The museum points out that many of the snake, was bitten, victims experience only a mild or non-significant ‘ symptoms, and, although some might eventually be admitted to the hospital.
