Officers responded to a location in Manatee County on Oct. 30, in reference to a past, a physical dispute, and when they come in contact with the Sea, and in the child’s best interests.

Torres allegedly threw the woman onto the bed, hitting her in the face several times after he told her she wasn’t good for anything but sex.

The victim told cops he forced himself on her, and she only stopped resisting after the realization that he would not stop beating her until she complied, the report said.

The police said that Torres allegedly arranged for the victim to fear, it says, multiple times, that when they sought help from law enforcement, he would kill her, and if Torres wasn’t able to find her, he would come after her family, she’s dead, and then his own life.

These reasons continued to be the woman’s, to reach out to the police, but after the aggressive encounter, the victim called 911 as a result of fear for his own safety, according to the arrest report.

The victim told police that Torres had been “very aggressive” and that he punched her in the nose causing it to bleed — after a verbal argument a few days ago.
