A Democrat, resigned to masturbation accusation plans political comeback: report

A California Democrat, resigned last year amid sexual misconduct allegations-including that he allegedly transferred masturbating in front of female lobbyist — more than $1 million in a lieutenant-governor Committee account, according to a campaign Finance report submitted Tuesday.
