A Connecticut woman who was one of the twelve people sent to prison for the rape and murder of a 13-year-old girl in 1997, is to be released for good behavior in the following month.

Maggie Mae Bennett, 40, served 17 years and her 19-year-old in prison for conspiracy and is scheduled to be released on Oct. 10.

Maryann Measles was in preparation for the occasion, two of the men involved in the murder, rape, and then, when she had been kidnapped, beaten, raped, and drowned 22 years ago.
